This site keeps things simple.

This website has no forms, no accounts, and no cookies. Nothing you type here is sent to the office: the Text and Call buttons open your own phone’s Messages and Phone apps, and Directions opens Apple Maps or Google Maps. What you send or do from there is between you and the office, or covered by that app’s own policy. A text travels like any other text message, so save the details of your health for the visit.

The site counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics ↗. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not identify you. It receives the page you viewed, the page you came from, your browser type, how fast the page loaded, and the IP address that comes with any web request. The site is hosted on Render and delivered through Cloudflare’s network, and the host keeps ordinary server logs to keep the site running securely.

The stretch guide runs entirely on your device. The site remembers only two choices, both saved in your browser: light or dark appearance, and the maps app you pick for directions. Links to other websites open in a new tab without telling that site where you came from.
